   This is the month of new.  The decorating is a slow, ongoing process that won’t be even close to over until I get my tax return and go to IKEA, but I’m having a blast hanging stuff up and making my space.  I love it here.

   The moving continues, but tonight is the first night in the new house for me.  I still have a ton of moving, unpacking, cleaning and decorating ahead of me, but I get to lay down tonight under a sea blue ceiling and crash and I couldn’t be happier about that.

    I scored third row aisle seats for The Nutcracker at the Garde this year, except they turned out to be front row seats because the two rows up front were not occupied.  SCORE!  Totally worth buying tickets early to get such great seats.   

New View

   My new bedroom comes with a huge balcony, and the balcony comes with an excellent view of the backyard and a big patch of sky peppered with treetops.  I am pleased with my new view, and think it will be featured often in next year’s daily photo project.
