It’s made about a quarter of a mile from the house where I grew up, so sometimes in nice time of year when they’re open I go and get a quart (which should last me longer than it does).
It’s “cappuccino” ice cream. So imagine coffee, with a little extra cream and some cinnamon on top. It’s the cinnamon that makes it.
Then it has a fudge swirl, and I mean a real gooey fudge. Like hot fudge, not hot.
Big, flattish pieces of sugar, like rock candy, covered in dark chocolate.
